In order to improve the color fastness of polyester ribbon, color fixation treatment can be carried out. These additives that can improve various color fastness are called color fixatives.   1. An insoluble lake is formed on the polyester webbing to close the soluble group, so that the dye on the polyester webbing is not easy to dissolve and fall off in water, so as to improve the wet treatment fastness. However, after the color fixing of these color fixing agents, it is easy to change the color light of the polyester webbing or reduce the sun fastness.

  2. Direct dyes are suitable for polyester webbing, with poor contrast of water washing fastness and different light fastness, but the water washing color fastness of modified direct dyes will be better improved.

  3. Disperse dye, suitable for viscose, acrylic, nylon, polyester, etc. with different washing fastness, polyester is better and viscose is poor.

  4. A mesh film is formed on the polyester webbing to prevent the dye from falling off.

  5. The reactive groups in the fixing agent molecules, the reactive groups on the dye molecules and the hydroxyl groups on the cellulose molecules are used for crosslinking to improve the fixing effect of the dye on the fiber.

  6. Azo fuel, suitable for polyester ribbon, beautiful color, more suitable for beautiful color.

  7. Reactive dyes are mostly used for polyester webbing and less for protein. It is characterized by beautiful color, light resistance, good washing and rubbing fastness.

  8. Sulfide dye is suitable for polyester webbing. Its color is dim, mainly including navy blue, black and brown. It has good light and water washing fastness and poor chlorine bleaching fastness. Storing polyester webbing for a long time will destroy the fiber.
